Requirements:
- Age: minimum 18 years old
- Language(s): Fluent in English (written and spoken), Tetum is highly advantageous
- Possession of a valid passport with 12 months validity
- Must successfully complete the 4-week Ground School program provided by Airnorth prior to employment
- Ability to obtain an Aviation Security Identification Card
- Ability to fulfil the physical requirements of the role including working at varying altitudes within a confined pressurised environment
- Valid ‘C’ Class Driver’s Licence
- Possession of a Responsible Service of Alcohol Certification
- Ability to swim 100 m unaided
- Hold a valid Senior First Aid Certificate (with current CPR)
- You must be able to commit to a full time role working a varying 24×7 roster to meet our operational requirements
- You must be able to get to the airport and sign on for duty within 2 hours when on call from home
- You must be prepared to adhere to strict grooming standards
ALLIANCE
CABIN CREW

- Age: minimum 18 years old
- Language(s): Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Australian or NZ passport (unrestricted access, citizen or Permanent resident)
- Australian driver’s license
- First Aid Certificate (Minimum 6-month validity at the commencement of ground school)
- CPR Certificate (Minimum 6-month validity at the commencement of ground school)
- Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
- Covid-19 vaccination certificate (minimum double)
- Ability to obtain an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC)
- Minimum 2 years customer service experience in a high-pressured environment
- Ability to swim at least 50 m unaided
- No visible tattoos while wearing the Alliance cabin crew uniforms

- Be able to demonstrate that you have:
- Completed a minimum 3 years of secondary education in Australia or New Zealand, or
- Worked in Australia or New Zealand for at least 3 of the last 5 years, or
- Worked in the UK, Ireland or USA for at least 3 of the last 5 years, or
- Completed the International English Language Testing System (IELTS) with an overall grade of 5.5.
- Have Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency
- Be able to hold an ASIC which involves a police security check
- Have experience in customer service
- Be able to swim fully clothed without aid or floating device
- Be flexible (working hours will vary and will include weekends and public holidays)
- Have a high level of personal presentation

- New Zealand or Australian permanent residency and a passport ensuring unrestricted access to all Qantas ports of call with at least 12 months validity

- Responsible Service of Alcohol ‘ Statement of Attainment’, which you would need to have by the end of the recruitment process
- Able to swim 50 m fully clothed
- Strong Commitment to customer service and recent experience in a face-to-face role
- Demonstrated empathy in service with people from a variety of cultures and countries
- An excellent level of health and fitness
- Experience in food and beverage service is an advantage
